Participants who require a visa to enter Germany are advised to contact the relevant embassy or consulate in their country as early as possible. Please check the official requirements and processing times directly with the responsible authorities. ISCSET 2026 organizers can provide an invitation letter to support the visa application process upon request.

Participants who require an invitation letter for visa purposes may request one from the conference organizers. To prepare the invitation letter, please send the following information by email:
