Paper Submission Guidelines
The following guidelines apply to all submission at ISCSET 2026.
1. Submission Requirements
- Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
- All submissions must be written in English. Content in other languages is not permitted anywhere in the manuscript, including figures, tables, and captions.
- Submissions must follow the IEEE manuscript guidelines.
- Only PDF files are accepted.
- Paper length: 4–6 pages, including references.
2. Manuscript Preparation
- Papers must clearly present methodology, results, and conclusions.
- Figures or diagrams should be included where appropriate to support clarity.
- A well-developed reference section is required; approximately 15 relevant references are recommended.
3. Double-Blind Review Policy
ISCSET 2026 uses a double-blind review process. Submissions must be anonymized.
• Manuscript anonymization
- Do not include author names, affiliations, or contact details.
- Replace the author block with:
- LaTeX:
\author{\IEEEauthorblockN{Anonymous Authors}}
- MS Word: use
Anonymous Authors in place of names.
- Remove acknowledgments and funding information.
- Avoid self-identifying references (e.g., “in our previous work”). Use neutral phrasing.
• File anonymization
- Ensure that the PDF contains no author information in metadata.
- Verify document properties before submission.
Submissions that do not comply may be rejected without review.
4. Templates
- It is mandatory to use the official IEEE
LaTeX
(instruction) or
Word templates to ensure compliance with the required format.
- Detailed instructions for final submission (PDF validation and copyright) will be provided to accepted authors.
5. Submission Process
- Papers must be submitted via EasyChair under the “proceedings author” role.
6. Camera-Ready Submission
After acceptance, authors must submit a final (camera-ready) version.
• Requirements
- Include full author names and affiliations.
- Follow IEEE formatting requirements.
- Incorporate reviewer comments and revisions.
• IEEE compliance
- Final papers must pass validation via IEEE PDF eXpress (details will be provided after acceptance).
- Authors must complete the electronic copyright form (eCF).
- The correct IEEE copyright notice must be added to the first page (will be provided after acceptance).
• Submission
- Final papers must be submitted as PDF via EasyChair.
Only papers that are compliant, registered, and presented will be included in the proceedings.
7. Publication Policy
- Each accepted paper must be presented.
- Only presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.
