Presentation Guidelines
The following guidelines apply to all accepted papers at ISCSET 2026.
- Presentations may be delivered in-person or online.
- The conference will be conducted as a hybrid event.
- Detailed scheduling and platform information will be provided to accepted authors in advance.
2. Presentation Duration
- Each paper is allocated 20 minutes total.
- Recommended structure:
- 15 minutes presentation
- 5 minutes discussion
- Presenters must strictly adhere to the assigned time.
3. Slide Preparation
- Presentations must be prepared using the ISCSET presentation template.
- Slides should be clear, well-structured, and suitable for a technical audience.
- Recommended format: 16:9 aspect ratio.

In-person presenters
- May use personal laptops or the conference-provided system.
- Must ensure compatibility with standard presentation formats (PDF / PowerPoint).
Online presenters
- Must ensure a stable internet connection.
- Must have a working microphone and camera.
- Must be available at their scheduled session time.
6. Important Notes
- Each accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors.
- Failure to present will result in exclusion from the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
