Dr. Norbert Englisch is Project Manager for Trace Analysis by neocx GmbH and researcher associated with Chemnitz University of Technology. He studied and later worked in the field of computer science and automotive software engineering, contributing to both teaching and applied research projects. In 2022 he received his PhD in “Development and Test Support of AUTOSAR Electronic Control Units” from Chemnitz University of Technology. He has co-authored academic publications in this area and has been involved in practical teaching environments that bridge theory and real-world engineering applications. Dr. Englisch has contributed to international and interdisciplinary education in engineering, supporting students in advanced technical programs and participating in research-driven innovation projects at the university.
His current work focuses on test automatization and trace analysis for embedded systems for automotive software, including the development and testing of software architectures such as AUTOSAR. Specifically, he is leading an international multi-project on the topic of compound compatibility of distributed systems.
