The annual International Symposium on Computer Science and Educational Technology (ISCSET) is a well-established academic event fostering collaboration between universities and researchers from Germany, Mongolia, China, and Uzbekistan for over a decade. The 15th edition of ISCSET in 2026 will be hosted in Germany. Our main technical co-sponsor is the IEEE Educational Society which give opportunity to publish our proceedings in the IEEE Xplore.

The main focus of 15th symposium is an Innovative AI Applications in Technical, Engineering, and Education Sciences, and will held as hybrid event ISCSET 2026 aims to bring together researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to discuss emerging trends, share insights, and collaborate on key challenges in the fields of computer science, engineering, and educational technology.

Participation

ISCSET 2026, organized as a hybrid event, provides two participation options. All accepted papers are eligible for presentation, allowing contributors to select the format most suitable for their circumstances. Below are the available options:

In-person Presentation	15-min Pres, 5-min Discussion	Acceptance, author registration, and submission of a camera-ready manuscript are mandatory.
Online Presentation	10-min Pres, 10-min Discussion	Acceptance, author registration, and submission of a camera-ready manuscript are mandatory.

Note: Online presenters are required to submit a pre-recorded backup video (10 min) in case of technical issues. This video must be submitted at least 7 days before the symposium.
